Robots for the routine. An extra pair of hands.
We put service robots to work on the repetitive runs in hotels, senior living, cafés and data centers. People supervise them, you pay monthly, and your team gets its hours back for guests and growth.

Demand isn’t the problem. Hands are.
Most service businesses could open longer, serve more guests or add a location. What holds them back is the routine work that still needs someone to walk it, every shift.
Let us help your team get back to work- 01
Shifts you can’t fill
The overnight shift, the weekend rush, the call-out at 6am. Demand is there; the hands aren’t.
- 02
Turnover that resets the clock
Every departure means hiring and training again, while the routine work still has to happen.
- 03
Good people on the wrong work
Your best staff spend hours pushing carts and walking hallways instead of looking after guests.
- 04
Growth capped by headcount
A second location, longer hours, a bigger event: it all stalls on who you can hire.
Narrow jobs, done the same way, every shift.
Service robots are good at one repeatable job at a time: carrying, delivering, covering a floor, walking a route. Here is what they handle in the field today, and what your team does instead.
-
Food & room-service delivery
- Robot
- Picks up orders from the lobby pickup shelf, or at night from the courier at the front door, and takes them up in the guest lift to the room.
- Your team
- Stays at the desk with arriving guests and handles anything unusual. At night, nobody leaves reception to run an order.

Ask about a task
Watch a shift, one task at a time.
Pick a task and drag to look around. Each step shows who does what: the robot, your team, or a remote operator stepping in.
From the pickup shelf to the guest lift Orders go up to the room. The front desk keeps the welcome.
Start with one task. Grow from there.
- 01
Walkthrough
We visit, walk the routes with your team and look at the practical details: floors, doors, elevators, Wi-Fi and where people gather.
- 02
Pick one task
Together we choose one repetitive job with a clear start and finish, and agree what “working” looks like.
- 03
Supervised pilot
The robot runs the task on your floor. Remote human operators watch, take over when it gets stuck, and log every completion and intervention.
- 04
Expand
When the task earns its place, add hours, add tasks or add locations. If it doesn’t, you’ll know why.

A person is always one tap away.
Approved human operators watch over every deployment and can take over within agreed limits, so a stuck robot becomes a short pause, not a problem for your staff. Our partner CosmicBrain runs that operating layer, so your staff can stay focused on guests.

Not fewer people. More business.

- 01
Cover the hours you can’t staff
The 2am room-service run and the overnight floor clean happen without asking someone to work a double.
- 02
Safer nights on the desk
Overnight, the person on the front desk is often alone. Late deliveries now stop at the front door: the robot meets the courier there and rides the order up, so your clerk never leaves reception or walks empty corridors at 2am.
- 03
Keep your best people on guests
Time once spent walking hallways goes back to the front desk, the dining room and the resident who wants to talk.
- 04
Open the next location
Grow without first having to hire for every routine run behind the scenes.
- 05
Make the routine predictable
Runs are logged, so you can see what got done, when, and where people stepped in.
Show what works. Admit what breaks.
Robots aren’t smart the way people are. They do narrow tasks well, and people handle everything else. Planning a deployment around that is what makes it work.
Robots are good at
- Repeatable routes between known points
- Carrying and delivering
- Steady, even floor coverage
- Overnight and off-peak rounds
- Logging every run
People are better at
- Guests, residents and conversations
- Judgment calls and exceptions
- Anything messy, fragile or new
- Care, comfort and hospitality
- Deciding what the robot should do next
Where robots still struggle
Robots still struggle with crowded rush hours, stairs, unusual objects and doors or elevators that aren’t connected. We plan routes around those, and when a robot does get stuck, a human operator takes over remotely or your team gets a clear call.

Is it safe around guests and staff?
Service robots move at a gentle pace, slow down and stop for people, and carry an emergency stop. We plan routes with your team before the pilot, and a human operator is watching while it runs.
How do guests react?
Most are curious. A robot bringing up a late-night order or towels becomes a talking point, while the welcome still comes from a person. Your staff stay the people guests remember.
How will my staff feel about it?
We bring your team in from the walkthrough. The robot takes the runs nobody misses, like long hallways, heavy carts and the 2am round, so their time goes to the work they’re good at. We don’t pitch robots as a way to cut people.
Do we need special Wi-Fi or maps?
The robot needs reliable Wi-Fi along its route and a map of the space, which we build during setup. Doors and elevators can be connected where your building allows; if not, we pick routes that don’t need them.
What happens if it breaks or gets stuck?
A remote operator can take over and recover it, often without anyone on your team stepping in. If it needs hands-on help, support is part of the plan.
What about data and privacy?
Robots use cameras and sensors to navigate. We agree in writing what is recorded, how long it is kept and who can see it. Nothing about your guests or staff is shared or licensed without explicit permission, and data is de-identified before it leaves your site.
What does it cost?
It is a monthly service, with no big upfront purchase. The price depends on the task, hours and site, so we quote after the walkthrough rather than guess.
